A CONCERT featuring British Chamber Masterpieces will take place at St Laurence Church in Alvechurch next Saturday (March 19).
The programme will be performed by the Midland Sinfonia with Shulah Oliver and Richard Laing on violins, Ruth Woolley on viola, Rebecca Rose on cello and pianist Simon Marlow completing the line-up.
Among the pieces being played will be Dvorak’s ‘American’ Quartet, Elgar’s Violin Sonata, Laing’s Violin Sonata and Notturno 2nd Quartet by Borodin.
