A MAN is being hunted in connection with a burglary, theft and criminal damage in Belbroughton in which items of more than £2,000 were taken.
A CCTV image was released following the series of incidents which took place on May 6 at commercial units on Quantry Lane.
The raiders forced their way into the storage unit between 8.45pm and 9.30pm and stole 50 litres of red diesel and a angle grinder.
The burglars also caused damage to a van and a car before they took a quantity of designer clothes including a Ducati jacket, a number of Hugo Boss shirts, Yamamoto trainers, Tag Heuer sunglasses – all worth £1,600.
As well as this, they also took a grey £650 iPad Air and a black leather iPad Air case valuing £90.
Police believe the offenders used a grey Ford Mondeo which had been stolen during a Shirley burglary in November.
The vehicle was recovered in Charmwood Road, Frankley, on May 9 after failing to stop for police. The burgalrs ran off after they drove up an alleyway and collided with a fence and another vehicle.
Anyone who recognises the image or has any information should call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
