BROMSGROVE have their own little princess who shares her birthday with Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
Libby Grace Jarvis arrived at 9.12pm on May 2 – the same day as the royal baby – at the delivery suite of the Alexandra Hospital after a labour lasting an hour and a half. . She weighed in at 7lbs 10oz.
The bundle of joy is the second daughter of Charford couple Gavin and Samantha Jarvis and will be little sister to three-and-a-half-year-old Courtney Jayne.
Proud father Gavin said: “There’s been some sleepless nights but we are all over the moon.
“It is very rare and we are excited to have had our daughter born on the same day as Princess Charlotte.”
The family will receive a ‘lucky’ silver penny to mark the occasion from the Royal Mint in a tradition which marks a new birth with a gift of silver for good luck.
