Bromsgrove students raise £600 with charity fashion show

A CHARITY fashion show organised by South Bromsgrove High School has raised nearly £600 for Primrose Hospice.

The event organised by teacher Miss Houghton and Year 13 pupils Sophie Drinkwater, Megan Hall and Olivia Baxter was a huge success as students showcased dresses and suits which could be worn for their prom.

Teacher Miss Houghton said: ‘’As prom is very popular amongst students at the moment we thought the best way to make money for charity would be something prom theme related.’’

Miss Worcestershire Laura Morgan was also in attendance and said: ‘’It was a brilliant evening, They should be very proud of what they have achieved.

Primrose Hospice is a fantastic charity and to support and see so many people turn up last night was great.’’
