A BROMSGROVE slimmer has undergone an amazing transformation and helped raise £600 for Rigby Hall School.
Jo Sabin and the town’s Slimming World group took part in a sponsored slimathon and between them lost 532lbs in six weeks.
The 39-year-old who was once a size 28 was pleased to show her off her new size 14 figure after shedding six-and-a-half stone in just over 12 months.
Consultant Paula Hooper, who has been supporting members in Bromsgrove, Rubery and Northfield, has been helping and encouraging her slimmers on the way.
She said: “The annual Slimming World Slimathon has helped my members lose pounds for themselves and raise pounds for such a good local cause.
“I am so pleased and inspired by their achievements.”
