Bromsgrove man suffers jaw injuries after being attacked in Redditch

A BROMSGROVE man was left needing hospital treatment after he was attacked in Redditch town centre.

The 22-year-old was outside the Fishermans Catch on Bates Hill when the incident happened about 4.30am yesterday morning (Sunday).

After being assaulted, the victim fell into a plant pot outside the shop and suffered injuries to his jaw.

The attacker is then believed to have gone to the taxi office next door.




Officers investigating the attack have released this CCTV picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
