BROMSGROVE landscape gardener Euan ‘AJ’ Rose will be back on our screens on Monday (May 30) for the latest series of his TV show.
He will be joined by designer Danny Clark and ex-Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton for the second selection of The Instant Gardener.
In each episode, the trio are tasked with transforming gardens in just a day while the owners are taken off for a day trip.
They then return for the big reveal.
This 12-week shoot has taken the team on a 10,000-mile trip around the UK – from the Highlands of Scotland, through Wales and on to the South Coasts of England. This latest series runs for 15 episodes.
There is always plenty of banter between Danny, Helen and AJ on-screen and, following his popularity in the first series, AJ has been given an even bigger role In the new series which includes ‘AJ’s DIY tips of the day.
AJ told The Standard: “It has been very tiring but it has been fantastic.
“Some of the transformations from what the gardens started out like to what they become – all in the space of a day – are quite astonishing.
“It’s all been good fun and I’m so proud of it.”
‘The Instant Gardener’ is on BBC 1 at 4pm on Monday afternoons.
