A BABY and Children’s Fair will be held at Bromsgrove’s Hilton Hotel next Sunday (September 6) to raise funds for Libby Mae’s Little Angels.

The event will take place from 10am to 4pm and, as part of it, award-winning photographer Michelle White will be holding a Cute Child competition whereby visitors will be able to get a professional digital photograph of their children and entry to the contest for a £5 donation.

Entry to the fair is free, as is the parking and there will also be a variety of stalls at the event, along with face-painting and a soft play area.

Libby Mae’s Little Angels was started by Bromsgrove couple Charlotte and Richard Sharratt in memory of their daughter Libby Mae who was born at Birmingham Women’s Hospital, but passed away two weeks later.

Since its launch, it has raised £150,000 for neo-natal units across the Midlands.

Charlotte said: “All of the stall fees and all monies raised from the raffle and baby competition will go directly to the charity and will make a huge difference in helping us provide resources to help save babies lives.”
