STAFF and residents at Bromsgrove’s Breme Care Home, Providence Road, will be welcoming plenty of cowboys and cowgirls this evening (Friday) to their Western-themed World’s Biggest Coffee Morning barn dance.

There will be plenty of hay bales, cowboy boots and hats, checked shirts and flags at the event, which will take place between 6.30pm and 8.30pm to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Admission, which is £2, will enable those who go along to enjoy live music and line dancing from Step on Board, along with a feast of burgers, hot dogs and beans.

Activities leader Helen Barron said: “Our residents absolutely love it when we dress up and make fools of ourselves for a good cause, so they are really excited to be throwing open our doors and welcoming new and familiar faces along to our fund-raiser.”
