BLACKWELL Concert Band is holding a training band workshop on Thursday (July 21) from 6.30pm til 7.15pm at Catshill Methodist Church Hall.
The band was set up recently, coordinated by teacher and trombone player Craig Sproston.
It is looking for anyone who can play a brass or wind instrument at grade one to three or thereabouts, those who are learning at school or have played in the past, to go along to the session led by an experienced conductor.
