RESIDENTS have been invited to a charity concert to raise money for the Tiny Babies Big Appeal for Birmingham Women’s Hospital.

American Christan singer Dan Holmes will be stopping off on his tour at Longbridge Methodist Church on Wednesday (July 23).

Dan Holmes is an outstanding acoustic guitarist who brings a gentle Christian message through his music.

He sings about the events and experiences which happen along life’s way and has a gift for reaching and moving people with his unique blend of musical styles.

So far, over the last 12 months, the church has raised £300 for the big appeal and it is hoping to push it up at the concert.

David Kosserm, member of the charity and talent team, said: “We are very excited by the act we have secured as he is a well-known musician, we are really looking forward to the event.

“We hope everybody will join us to support this great cause and enjoy some great music.”

Entry is free but guests will be ask to make donations.
