FANS of Baroque music will be in their element in Barnt Green next Saturday (March 12) when a classical concert is held in the village.
The event, organised by the Barnt Green Choral Society, will take place at St Andrew’s Church, Sandhills Road.
It will feature a choir, an orchestra and four soloists performing well-known works, including Vivald’s ‘Gloria’ and Handel’s ‘Zadok the Priest’, alongside Pergolesi’s ‘Magnificat’ and Bach’s cantata no 106.
The concert is at 7.30pm and tickets are £10 (children free) from 0121 445 2344 or on the door.
