A MAN has walked away with just minor injuries after his car hit an embankment and flipped over in Romsley.

A crew from Bromsgrove Fire Station and one from West Midlands Fire and Rescue attended the incident at Farley Lane at about 9.20am today (Monday), where they found the car on its roof.

The 24-year-old was able to get out of the vehicle himself and was treated by paramedics on site for minor injuries.

He was discharged at the scene and a family member arrived to collect him.
