UP TO £10,000 is being handed out to amateur sports clubs to help repair their pitches.
The fund is on offer from Briggs and Stratton as part of its Pitch To Win competition for football, rugby league and cricket team following recent bad weather affecting grounds across the country.
As part of the prize, the winning teams will receive expert advice from the Institute of Groundsmanship as well as a technical evaluation report on how to best maintain their pitch in the future.
